Process Mechanical has the ability to conduct System Surveys in which we strive to identify each major component of a particular system by original model number.
Example #1: In a Filter Survey we would do Field Research in an attempt to learn the original manufacturer, model number, and replacement element numbers for the filter vessels on a particular Process Unit.
Example #2: In a Compressed Air System Survey we would again do Field Research to determine the number and type of compressors, air dryers, separators, filters, receivers, etc. in a Compressed Air System.
Process Mechanical believes that we are a knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive supplier. We feel that our knowledge of filtration would prove to be a valuable resource in assisting both the Purchasing Department and the field Unit Operations Departments. We welcome the opportunity to do the "leg work"..., to physically take the dimensional measurements of obscure hard to find elements, to get to the hard to reach places and copy part numbers off of old vessels, to refer to manufacturer's product literature (sometimes archived product literature) in an effort to learn the original intent of a piece of equipment. We do this to ensure that when an item is purchased from us it functions as expected. Process Mechanical prides itself on our capability in this type of "Field Research"...we believe it sets us apart from other vendors.

We also have the ability to install new air intake elements for your Gas Turbine or Air Compressor applications. We can provide the new elements, subject to customer approval and purchase, or we can install elements that customer has already purchased from another source.
